It is founded by like minded professional to reach the needy. FCCRO is involved in counselling, training, awareness.

We are associated with Fortitude institute regarding Mental Health Orientation and awareness projects in corporate sector. We together had very innovative, well organised, knowledgeable and interactive sessions for Mental Health and Awareness at thyssen krrupp elevators LTD. , Chakan and Reliance Jio state office Pune. Ashwini ma'am and her teammates helped employees to understand and analyse their day to day emotional and behavioral changes and its impact on various other aspects of personal as well as professional lives. And also elaborated on how to manage or control these changes to maintain balance between professional and personal lives .We are glad to have associations with Fortitude .
